Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–4 business days from the time of purchase. We aim to swiftly prepare and dispatch your items for shipping. Please note, delays may occur due to a high influx of orders. Rest assured, our team works hard to process deliveries as soon as possible. Orders may take longer during public holidays and popular purchasing periods such as but not limited to, Black Friday and Valentines Day.
Shipping Times
For North American customers, please anticipate a delivery window of 10 - 20 business days after fulfillment to be safe. More often than not, our orders reach customers before that. If it has been over 20 business days, please contact us using the contact form on our webpage. International orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. While most orders arrive promptly, delays can happen. Returns due to shipping delays are not eligible.
Shipping Origin
Our products are shipped from either straight from our supplier/manufacturer to the purchaser or through our distribution centre in Canada, if inventory allows. We ensure quality and reliability in every package.
Carrier Responsibilities
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once the product has been shipped and you have received the shipping confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier for any further inquiries. It is out of our hand once we ship the product. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.
